The price for this puppy is $_________. Please sign and return this form with a $100.00 deposit (payable to Linda Kauranen). The deposits are entered in our file in the order that they arrive. The puppies go home at 8 weeks of age or when we are satisfied with our evaluation of them. Only in the event that no puppies are available will your deposit be refunded. Final payment, due on the day you pick up your puppy, should be and will only be accepted in the form of cash, money order, or a certified bank check payable to Linda Kauranen (no personal checks will be accepted).
